Massage therapy has been in the holistic community for decades, and there’s a reason it is here to stay.

As science and human consciousness evolve in general, so too does the many techniques of massage therapy. At Clean Start: Total Body Cleansing we stay up to date on all the new research, so we can deeply nurture your body, your mind and your soul.

"It’s the definition of Holistic, and that’s what makes us great."

Clean Start’s staff have the knowledge, experience and compassion to understand many different types of the human genome. Not one person is the same, and that is why we take the time to explain all the health benefits to you. Because you are unique and as beautiful as every flower that blooms on this planet earth, we offer massage therapy that is tailored to your needs. Wherever you are in life, Clean Start can help.

Deep tissue massage is also called deep muscle therapy or deep tissue therapy. This massage can work deeply into the muscles and connective tissue to release any chronic aches, pains or toxin build-up. When there is chronic muscle tension or injury, there are usually adhesions in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limit movement, and inflammation among many side effects.

Massage is great for clearing the body-mind not only of tension but of toxins too! We have some of the best massage specialist on staff.

Here are a few reasons why at Clean Start, Deep Tissue Therapy is one of our most popular massages:
