Appointments

We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, but we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance (up to two weeks) for any of our services. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service.

Due to limited availability, we collect a $40 deposit to book your appointment. At the time of service/checkout, this deposit will be applied to your total session price and will be deducted. This deposit does not apply to Clean Start Members and individuals with active packages. This deposit will be applied to service not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed below. You may email us or visit our web page to schedule an appointment. A representative from Clean Start will contact you to confirm your appointment.

Arrivals and Check-In

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment, so the next guest will not be delayed. If you are a late arrival, you will be charged for the full appointment.

Please Check-in at the front desk. If it is your first visit or we have not seen you in a while, you will need to fill out spa forms for our records. If you have any questions or inquiries, please ask us. We are happy to help.

What to Wear

If your service requires a robe, it will be provided for you.​  If you are scheduled for a facial, we encourage you not to wear make-up prior to your service. Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses, we also suggest you let us know if you are using skin medications such as retinol or Accutane before doing your treatment.

Gift Cards

Clean Start Cleansing Gift Cards are always welcomed and can be used towards your treatment. They will be honored for Spa Services, products, or boutique purchases and are not redeemable for cash. Your Gift Card should be presented at checkout, otherwise, you will responsible for any charges incurred during your visit. Gift Cards are available for purchase at the front desk or online.

Payments

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, HSA accounts, and Clean Start Gift Cards.

Gratuity

Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices but are highly appreciated by our staff. Typical gratuity ranges from 5% – 20% of the cost of service provided.  However, this is completely up to you and not a required expense.

Cancellation

We get it. Things come up and stuff happens; however, we do request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill the open appointment space from our waiting list. If you must cancel your appointment, cancellations made 24 hours in advance will carry no fee, and your deposit (if provided) will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment or returned based on your request. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, your deposit or major credit card will be charged $40 as a cancellation fee.

​The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. Individuals with 2 or more cancellation policy violations will be required to pay for their service(s) in full prior to the scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card or withhold any deposit made if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy.  Arrival 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment may result in a late cancellation. Our staff works hard to mitigate any issues and will bend over backwards to provide award winning service.  Given the opportunity to make common sense adjustments, we will do just that.

Privacy Policy

Clean Start Cleansing LLC ("we") uses MindBody for all business practices associated with client information.  We adopt and comply with MindBody's Privacy Policy which can be found here.  When booking on the MindBody widget embedded  on this site, a note stating "By clicking "Confirm," you agree to receiving SMS from Clean Start Cleansing LLC to the number on your profile with updates about your reservation."  To reiterate and highlight an important policy item, clients' mobile numbers won't be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.  Our privacy policy effective date is 20 December 2024.  Clean Start Cleansing LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is through our point of sale which facilitates all of our marketing and explains how we collect, use, and share information when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us.  When you opt in to receive SMS messages, we collect information you provide to include your phone number and consent to send SMS messages.  We use your information to send you SMS messages you’ve opted in to receive and provide updates, promotions, or other relevant content based on your preferences.  We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. Clean Start Cleansing LLC ("we") uses MindBody for all business practices associated with client information.  We adopt and comply with MindBody's Terms of Service which can be found here and SMS Texting Terms of Service which can be found here.  Our terms of service effective date is 20 December 2024.  By opting in to receive SMS messages from Clean Start Cleansing LLC, you agree to the following terms: SMS Messaging Service, by providing my phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Clean Start Cleansing LLC for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication. Msg frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out. Message Frequency, you will receive no more 2 messages per month. Message and data rates, may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms. Privacy Policy, your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed  here. Clean Start Cleansing LLC ("we") uses MindBody for all business practices associated with client information.  We adopt and comply with MindBody's Opt In procedures which are done when booking the site through MindBody.  Phone numbers are not being collected from our website and all booking is routed through MindBody widgets to the MindBody site.  Note that explicit consent is given to receive SMS messages for Clean Start Cleansing LLC for both marketing and personal communication.  Message frequency varies based on type of messages with marketing messages no more than 2 times per month from our Weave integration.  Message and data rates may apply. For SMS messges, reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out.  Submission of any forms and signing up for texts, you consent to receive marketing text messages (e.g. promos, cart reminders) from Clean Start Cleansing LLC at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Restrictions 

To receive the full effect of your service(s), we would like to suggest that you please turn off your cell phone off or on silent while inside Clean Start. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.

Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities.

Colon Hydrotherapy Restrictions: A person with contraindication(s) - condition(s) in which colon hydrotherapy could negatively affect an individual's health - is prohibited from receiving this service unless given written approval from a medical provider. Examples of contraindications for colon hydrotherapy include (not limited to) the following: Kidney Dialysis, Kidney Failure, Cirrhosis of the Liver, Severe Anemia, Aneurysm, Carcinoma, Severe Cardiac Disease/Failure, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Crohn’s Disease, Diverculis,/ Ulcerave Colis, Epilepsy, Seizures, Fissures/Fistulas, GI Hemorrhage/Perforation, Hemorrhoids (when excessive bleeding is present), Incarcerated Abdominal Hernia, Prostas, Abdominal Surgery (within 6 months), pregnancy, and/or Tumors (when located in the Rectum or Colon).

Facial and Peel Restrictions:  A person with contraindication(s) - condition(s) in which facial/peel could negatively affect an individual's health - is prohibited from receiving this service unless given written approval from a medical provider. Examples of contraindications for facial/peel include (not limited to) the following: Keloid Scarring, Surgery (recent, facial), Autoimmune Diseases, Radiation/ Chemotherapy, Cardiac Disease/Failure, Immunity Disorder, Diabetes, Lupus, Facial Rash, Infections (e.g. Fever, Inflammation of Lymphatic Tissue, Chickenpox, Measles, Influenza, Scarlet Fever, Nephritis, COVID-19), Herpes (visible symptoms), Bacterial Infections (e.g. Staph, Impetigo, Tuberculosis), Fungal Infections (e.g. ringworm).

Massage Restrictions: A person with contraindication(s) - condition(s) in which massage could negatively affect an individual's health - is prohibited from receiving this service unless given written approval from a medical provider. Examples of contraindications for massage include (not limited to) the following: Chronic Inflammation, Acute Inflammation, Bursitis, Synovis, Tenosynovitis, Arthritis, Malignant Tumours, Blood Clots, Thrombosis, Cardiac Conditions (e.g. High Blood Pressure, Arteriosclerosis, Hemophilia), Diabetes (with loss of feeling and/or circulation), Pitted Edema, Infections (e.g. Fever, Inflammation of Lymphatic Tissue, Chicken Pox, Measles, Influenza, Scarlet Fever), Infectious Skin Diseases, Bacterial Infections (e.g. Staph, Impetigo, Tuberculosis), Viral Infections (e.g. Herpes, Zoster, Wart), Parasites (e.g. scabies, fleas, lice, ticks), Fungal Infections (e.g. Athletes Foot, Ringworm, Yeast Infections).

 

Foot Detox Restrictions: A person with contraindication(s) - condition(s) in which foot detox could negatively affect an individual's health - is prohibited from receiving this service unless given written approval from a medical provider. Examples of contraindications for foot detox include (not limited to) the following: Epilepsy, Exposed Open Wounds, Hemophilia, Pacemaker/Defibrillator, Electrical/Battery Operated Implant, Organ Transplant, Chemotherapy/Radiation, Diabetes (loss of feeling and circulation in extremities), Pitted Edema, pregnancy, Infections (e.g. Fever, Inflammation of Lymphatic Tissue, Chicken Pox, Measles, Influenza, Scarlet Fever, Nephritis), Infectious Skin Diseases, Bacterial Infections (e.g. Staph, Impetigo, Tuberculosis), Viral Infections (e.g. Herpes, Zoster, Wart), Parasites (e.g. scabies, fleas, lice, ticks), Fungal Infections (e.g. Athletes Foot, Ringworm).

Body Sculpting Restrictions: A person with contraindication(s) - condition(s) in which body sculpting could negatively affect an individual's health - is prohibited from receiving this service unless given written approval from a medical provider. Examples of contraindications for body sculpting include (not limited to) the following: Autoimmune Diseases (e.g. Cryoglobulinemia, Cold Urticaria, Lupus), Severe Varicose Veins, Atopic Dermatitis, Kidney Failure, Liver failure, Fatty Liver Disease, Implant devices, Epilepsy, Multiple sclerosis, Lymphatic Diseases, Metabolic Disorders, Blood Clots, Cardiac Conditions (e.g. Severe High Blood Pressure, Arteriosclerosis, Heart Failure), Pacemaker/Defibrillator, Hemophilia, Diabetes (loss of feeling and circulation in extremities), Pitted Edema, Kidney Disease, Pregnancy and/or Radiation/Chemotherapy.

Infrared Sauna Restrictions: A person with contraindication(s) - condition(s) in which infrared sauna could negatively affect an individual's health - is prohibited from receiving this service unless given written approval from a medical provider. Examples of contraindications for infrared sauna include (not limited to) the following: Diabetes (with Neuropathy), Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Pacemaker/Defibrillator, Hemophilia Disease, Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure, Impaired Coronary Circulation, Acute Joint Injury (within 2 days), Pregnancy, Infections (e.g. Fever, Inflammation of Lymphatic Tissue, Chicken Pox, Measles, Influenza, Scarlet Fever, Nephritis), Infectious Skin Diseases, Bacterial Infections (e.g. Staph, Impetigo, Tuberculosis), Viral Infections (e.g. Herpes, Zoster, Warts), Parasites (e.g. scabies, fleas, lice, ticks), Fungal Infections (e.g. Athletes Foot, Ringworm, Yeast Infections)

V-Steam Restrictions:  A person with contraindication(s) - condition(s) in which vaginal steaming could negatively affect an individual's health - is prohibited from receiving this service unless given written approval from a medical provider. Examples of contraindications for vaginal steaming include (not limited to) the following: a vaginal infection, herpes (with acute symptoms), menses (menstrual period), radiation/ chemotherapy, Pregnancy and/or open wounds in the treated area.
